<p>Enjoy a unique stay at East End Retreat.</p><p><br></p><p>Our city escape boasts a perfect mix of rustic elements and sophisticated charm.</p><p><br></p><p>With warm oak flooring, modern vintage fixtures and lofty ceilings, this eclectic space is ideal for outdoorsy nature lovers, active families with tweens or a wedding prep sanctuary.</p><p><br></p><p>With living areas on the top level of this iconic terrace, you'll need to climb the stairs to enjoy a cosy vibe, ocean glimpses and access to many trendy bars and restaurants nearby.</p><p><br></p><h3>The space</h3><p>Ground level entrance and staircase to the upper level, the property features three bedrooms, with two queen beds and two king singles, all with stone washed linens.</p><p><br></p><p>The main bedroom has views up and down Scott Street and is drenched in morning sunlight with ceiling fan and air-conditioning for your convenience.</p><p><br></p><p>The second bedroom is cosy with two king single beds. It has a manual opening skylight/window and is not airconditioned, but has a portable fan and heater for your convenience. The glass brick window and the skylight make for ample natural light. and</p><p><br></p><p>The third bedroom has a double hung window which faces south and is not air-conditioned but has a portable fan and heater. This is the darkest room of the entire property.</p><p><br></p><p>The bathroom has a spa-like feel with modern vintage tap ware.</p><p><br></p><p>Sunlight is splashed throughout the halls, bedrooms and living areas.</p><p><br></p><p>Enjoy the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and all the creature comforts of your own home.</p><h3><br></h3><h3>Guest access</h3><p>Entire property including ground level entry foyer and first floor living spaces.
