What time is check-in?

3pm, unless otherwise authorized by host in writing.

Can check in early?

Maybe.

We usually have the cleaning 🧹 team scheduled to clean 🧼 for your stay after an 11:00 AM check out that morning.

The cleaning 🧹 team needs ample time to get the unit squeaky clean 🧼 for you.

What we can do is check in with the cleaning 🧹 team, and if they are done early, we will notify you that early check-in is approved and allow your code to unlock the unit early for you.

Can I drop off my bags before my designated check in time?

Yes.

We can allow you to drop off bags 🧳 after the previous guest's check-out time of 11:00 AM.

The cleaning team will work around them.

Can check in late?

Yes.

We only ask for an approximate ETA so we can communicate it to the security team.
