You may park in any open spot in the parking lot.

Please be mindful not to take up more than 1 parking space.

How do I enter complex?

Upon arrival at The Beach complex, show your identification to the security personnel.

How do I enter building?

Find build 4, necessarythe building 4 code 1 1 7 3 6 5 #.

What is the fee for lost keys or remote?

The fee for lost keys, cards, or remote is $100 USD for each set.

We hope to never ever charge you this fee, but we must if you do not return the keys because that is our cost to request new keys from complex and replace locks where applicable.

Can I come and go as I please? How do I enter complex on my own?

Yes.

Use the building code 1 1 7 3 6 5 #.

Security Station

Upon arrival, please head to security station where security team will verify ID.
