Please follow these rules so that you can enjoy your time and remain safe throughout your stay.

• Do not attempt to enter host's house
• Do not attempt to enter garage
• No smoking indoors
• Don't leave the gas on
• Don't leave the water running
• If something breaks, let me know asap. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay
• If staying longer than a week, please take out garbage regularly
• Extra-person charges may apply
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
• Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
• Long-term renters welcome

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees.
