Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 7:00am to respect our neighbours.

Shoes: Please remove your shoes at the front door.

No smoking or vaping indoors: Smoking/vaping is only permitted in the courtyard.

No pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the designated bins.

Security: Please do not share your access code with anyone

Damage/Breakages: Please report any damage or broken items as soon as possible so we can fix them promptly.

Cooking: Please use the extractor fan when cooking to avoid lingering smells.

Visitors: Visitors are allowed. Any visitors visiting past 10:00am will be considered a guest and charged accordingly.

Check out time: Please depart by 10:00am unless another time is pre-arranged. If you intend to leave earlier, we would appreciate you letting us know as our cleaners would love to start earlier.
