Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property or in the complex common spaces.

This includes the use of any tobacco, including, but not limited to cigarettes, clove cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, etc.

This rule applies to all areas including the balcony and the main entrance area.

The fee for smoking remediation is TWICE (2X) the base nightly rate PER NIGHT with no discounts or promotions.
