📋 Before you leave, we’d appreciate if you could take care of the following:

• Remove all perishable items
• Take the trash to the bin near the parking area
• Wash all used dishes
• Leave the bed unmade
• Place all used towels in a pile
• Turn off all lights
• Turn the thermostats down to 50°F
• Close and lock all windows and doors
