The space
This recently renovated townhouse retains all the features of the era, with stained timber stairs (yes they are a bit steep but that's the way they built them over 100 years ago), ceiling roses, fireplaces with mantles, sash windows and the most superb polished floorboards you will find. The rear kitchen and conveniences have recently been re-built to add a touch of modern practicality without losing the overall charm of this wonderful building.
Bedding
There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. All linen and towels are provided. A port-a-cot is also available. Let us know prior to your stay and we will set it up for you.
Guest access
The townhouse is fitted with an Electronic Lock so there are no keys to worry about. It is activated by placing your palm over the keypad to light up the numbers. Enter your provided PIN, press the unlock icon and turn the knob to enter. If you make a mistake just press the * or unlock icon and try again.
Other things to note
This is a 100+ year old Terrace and true to its original design. The bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and bathroom and living areas are downstairs.

Payment
Payment for your reservation will be divided into two parts. Upon booking, a 30% prepayment will be required, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your arrival. Should the booking be made less than 7 days before your arrival date, the full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation
30% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 70% refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival.
