Important Information: HOA policies -Minimum renter age is 25, and proof of age is required. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be staying in the condo for the duration of the stay. Per HOA policy, failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. -No pets allowed. -Condo is non-smoking. -CHECK-IN 3:00P.M. CHECK-OUT 10:00 A.M (No Exceptions) -Handicap parking available -Electric Cars For safety, electric cars are not allowed to park under the condos. Please use the uncovered parking lot for EVs. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe! -Elevator access to condo -No motorcycles, trailers, boats, or golf carts brought by renters are allowed per HOA regulations. -Unreturned pool arm bands will result in a $25 replacement charge. -Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures we do not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
